To ensure a smooth and successful program for everyone, please review these essential rules and expectations before your arrival.
- Punctuality and Attendance: You must arrive on time for all scheduled activities, including classes, group sessions, and meals. Punctuality is crucial, as late arrivals may result in dismissal from the program.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Alcohol, drugs, and other mood-altering substances are strictly prohibited. You will be subject to a breathalyzer test upon arrival and at any point during the program. A positive test or any suspicion of substance use will result in immediate dismissal, and your court will be notified immediately.
- Electronics and Personal Items: Cell phones, laptops, and other electronic devices are not permitted during program hours. You may bring books, magazines, or newspapers for breaks. All luggage and personal items will be searched upon arrival and again before departure.
- Medication: All prescription and over-the-counter medications must be in their original containers with legible labels. Bring only enough for the 72-hour program. Medications will be securely stored by staff and distributed as prescribed.
- Hotel and Program Boundaries: You must remain within the designated program areas of the hotel at all times. Leaving the premises without authorization is grounds for immediate dismissal. Specific hotel areas like the gym, pool, and restaurant are off-limits. You are also not permitted to visit other participants’ rooms.
- Smoking: All hotel sites are non-smoking. A designated smoking area will be available for cigarette smokers. If you smoke in your room, you will be charged a $250 fee by the hotel. This fee will be expected to be paid before departure of your program.
- Safety and Respect: Weapons of any kind are not allowed. You are expected to be respectful of all staff and other participants. Disruptive behavior will result in a warning, and a second offense may lead to dismissal.
- Visitors and Room Service: To comply with confidentiality laws, no visitors are allowed during the program. You also cannot order room service or any outside food.
Please Note: If you are dismissed from the program for any reason, or if you choose to leave early, you will not receive a refund of your program fee.
